Lucas Auto Care has the computer, training, and certified technicians to perform a Service A and reset the message afterward. Lucas Auto Care adheres to all the services associated with service C. Depending on mileage, elapses time, and fuel consumption, but generally, this service is done every 36,000 miles. Service C elements are a bit more in-depth and have more services than the typical service A which is why it has been deemed the “Flexible” service.
In order to diagnose which services are needed during the Flexible Service C, or Schedules C Flexible Service, the Mercedes diagnostic computer must be used. This provides our techs the information needed for your Mercedes service. This diagnostic computer allows us to reset the service light once services have been completed.
